Q. Can you put me on the waiting list?

A. We are sorry, but we do not accept the waiting list system.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Yes. The basic cancelation policy is "If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged." However it might be different depends on the rate and plans, so please check the terms and condition when booking.

Q. Please tell me the time of check-in and check-out.
A. Check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00.

Q. Is there a smoking room?
A. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking rooms are available on each floor next to elevator halls.

Q. Please tell me what kind of room amenities do you offer us.
A. Nightwear, bath towel, face towel, hand towel, body towel, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush, razor, brush, cotton set, hair dryer, slipper, shoehorn, clothes brush, hanger, deodorant spray , Water, coffee set etc.

Q. Can I extend the check-out time?
A. Yes, it is available with an additional charge. The additional rate will be different depending on which room type you are staying. 
1 hour : 10% of room charge
*The charge will be calculated from the regular rate.
*The check-out after 15: 00 will be charged for the rate of 1 night.
*We might not be able to accommodate your request depending on the room availability of the day.

Q. Can I keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes, we can. Please do not hesitate to ask us.

Q. Is it possible to send my luggage before the arrival day?
A. If you contact us beforehand, we will accept it.
When you send your luggage, please write the name which is on the reservation confirmation and the date of your stay. 
And then send it to the following address.

Q. About the delivery service
A. It is available at the front desk.
We prepare some packing materials, so please do not hesitate to tell us.
We also offer you baggage delivery service (charged) from JR Kyoto Station.
For more details, please contact the staff.

Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. We have 8 parking lots available.
(Height restriction 1.5 m: 6 units, 2.0 m: 2 units)
Available for guests at 1,500 per night (15: 00 ~ next morning 11: 00).
We do not accept reservations for parking space.
It will be first come, first serve.
When it is full, I will introduce the parking lot nearby hotel.

Q. Is there a curfew?
A. We do not have a curfew. The front desk opens for 24 hours.
However, we will lock the entrance door from 0:00 to 6:00.
You can unlock it with the room key.

Q. I'd like to stay with my pet.
A. We are sorry, but we ask guest refrain from staying with your pet.
However, guide dogs and care dogs are allowed.

Q. Can I use the Internet?
A. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, so you can bring your own personal computer and use it.
※ Please understand that wired LAN can not be used.

Q. Do you accept children stay using an existing bed ?
A. Children who are not elementary school student or above are allowed.  (1 child per bed)

Q. Please tell me the child fee.
Preschool children are free. Please note that children above elementary school age will be charged as one adult.

Q. Is there a room for disabled people?
A. We offer one universal twin room as a barrier-free compatible room.

Q. When  should I complete the payment?
A. We ask guest to complete the payment at the time of check-in.

Q. Can I pay in advance?
A. Prepayment is possible in the following way. Please contact us in advance.

Q. Can I invite people who is not staying this hotel to the room?
A. Apart from guests, we can not pass through the room. Please meet at the lobby.

Q. Is there room service?
I'm sorry. Please note that room service is not available.

A. 15: 00 ~ 1: 00 AM, 6: 00 AM - 9: 00 AM.

Q. Do you have a sauna?
A. There is no sauna.
